INTECH GOODS RETURN POLICY
Intech will accept for return:
- Any product supplied incorrectly.
- Any non-standard product, due to design error, faulty manufacture, damaged in transit or where Intech is at fault or otherwise responsible.
- Intech products needing repair
All returns related to non warranty issues must be unused, free from damage and in a resalable condition with original packaging.
All returns must be a current catalogue item.
No goods will be accepted for return without prior consultation and acceptance.
All goods are subject to inspection and can be refused if not in saleable condition.
Any items being sent in for repair must also be accompanied by the GRA form.
We require a completed GRA form for all returns, you can obtain this by downloading here:
Once the GRA is completed, return the form with the goods to the appropriate Intech office in either Christchurch or Auckland.
All claims must be made within 30 days of original purchase invoice date
Intech reserve the right to apply a restocking fee.
Indent products (and manufactured products) will not be accepted for return.
THIS GRA FORM IS AN AUTHORISATION FOR RETURN AND NOT AN AGREEMENT TO CREDIT.
