This unit is a compact DIN-size fuzzy PID controller designed for accurate and stable control in temperature and process applications. It supports universal inputs such as thermocouple, RTD, voltage, and current signals, enabling wide compatibility with industrial sensors. Output options include relay, SSR voltage, and analogue (mA/V) for flexible control logic. Clear LED Display and 3-Key Navigation for Easy Setup

This unit is equipped with a bright, high-contrast 4-digit LED display that shows real-time process values, set points, and configuration parameters with clarity. The intuitive 3-key interface allows operators to easily access menus, adjust control settings, initiate auto-tuning, and switch between operation modes. Clearly labelled indicators—including Output, Alarm, and Manual Mode—offer immediate visual confirmation of system status. The simplified front panel layout improves usability and minimizes training time, making it ideal for use in fast-paced production environments. Universal compatibility with various signal types

This controller supports a wide range of universal input signals including thermocouples, RTDs, voltage, and current inputs. The input type and range can be easily configured from the front panel, offering great flexibility in temperature or process control applications.

Flexible output options for precise control

The controller provides multiple output choices including relay, SSR drive, analogue voltage, and current. Outputs are available with high resolution and isolation for reliable control, with some models offering dual output or retransmission functionality.

Fuzzy PID Technology

Smarter Control with Less Overshoot and Faster Response

Fuzzy logic is combined with traditional PID control to deliver smarter and more adaptive temperature regulation. Unlike standard PID controllers that require manual fine-tuning for each application, fuzzy PID dynamically adjusts control responses based on real-time process behaviour. The result is faster stabilization, reduced overshoot, and improved resilience to disturbances—ideal for processes where precision and speed are critical.
